A home changes everything.
The Metro Inn is a former motel in South Minneapolis. It provides 38 affordable homes. Agate acquired this property from Hennepin County through a competitive process after it was used as temporary housing during the pandemic. Our acquisition turned a temporary resource into permanent housing.
Agate built Park 7 Apartments, which opened in 2020. In downtown Minneapolis, this property provides 61 units of affordable homes that come with supportive services to ensure its residents can maintain those homes for the long term.
